Bingle Effect Cannot Be Stopped

Now you know the theory by now. Basically Lara Bingle has an effect on things. Her latest influence has somehow impacted on her manager Max Markson.

So over the last day or so it has come to light that Max has been dodging some speeding fines. Now it may be a little coincidence that ACA and Newscorp has got stuck into Markson because of his own high profile. But, could it be due to the corporations wanting more on the whole bingle saga and he not releasing enough?

Markson worker accuses boss of deceit over fines
RICK FENELEY
April 1, 2010

A FURIOUS staff member emailed the celebrity agent Max Markson on January 25 and complained that her job had ''many grey areas''. These involved not paying his speeding fines, instead waiting for a penalty to arrive for failing to nominate the driver of his company-registered BMW.

She added: ''Both you and I clearly know that you are the driver of the vehicle''.

''As you are aware,'' she said, ''this can have very serious legal ramifications for both you and me especially with the RTA cracking down on certain 'practices'. I have been doing what I have been directed by you.''

This explosive email lays bare a long-term practice at the Markson Sparks! agency, revealed by the Herald yesterday. The company spent at least $35,000 on speeding-related penalties over the past 20 months, during which speed cameras caught the BMW at least 20 times.

I guess time will tell.

Is the Effect at Work Again?

Clarke in sudden dash from tour
March 9, 2010 .

MICHAEL Clarke has made a sudden exit from Australia's tour of New Zealand for personal reasons. Team officials are uncertain if or when he will return.

The Age understands his hasty departure is related to issues involving his fiancee Lara Bingle and not to health concerns over his father Les, who has been battling cancer for some time.

So if the whole photo thing is upsetting Lara soo much why on earth has she sold her story for $200k? and kept the media bandwagon going on? Why wouldn't she just let it go and move on? Have to wonder.

Now I will admit I am not a legal expert but I am still wondering on what grounds the Lara camp have to take Fevola to court? If he did not distribute the photo or make a profit from the sale, how can they get financial restitution?

Max Must have a Boner

Not over Lara because really she isn't that much chop. But seriously we have this:

After 3 days in a row on the front cover of the HUN.

In the words of John McEnroe "You cannot be serious"

oh I spoke too soon:

Lara Bingle to make $200,000 from magazine deal over shower picture, Brenda Fevola grilled by AFL before ad
It has emerged that Bingle may collect about $200,000 to tell her side of the story about the nude photo taken by Fevola during their 2006 affair.
Insiders said Woman's Day had outbid New Idea.

Bingle's manager Max Markson said the legal action against Fevola was "110 per cent still going ahead".

Mr Markson was coy when asked about a magazine deal.

"Nothing's signed, sealed and delivered. I'm always in negotiations on behalf of my clients," he said.

So let me get this straight. A 3 year old photo that has been in the media circles for at least a year is not published. Not a week after signing with MM the photo appears.

Now she is going to be paid $200k by the same magazine that published the photo???? coincidence????

Cricket Season Is Over

And of course the No. 1 WAG (Wife and Girlfriend) Lara Bingle is in the news.

You know what I think of her.

So things have been quiet for Lara. Border medal is done and she was not eh main talking point. Not as much underwear advertising going on. Media profile dropping.

Then we had this on Feb 19:

Lara Bingle splits from her latest manager

Sources report that Bingle, who wants a bigger profile in fashion but has yet to find a partner, was guided by her stylist and close friend Christina Centenera when she decided to ditch the management team that previously brokered her lucrative contracts with Speedo, Vodafone and Synergy, said to be worth about $600,000 a year

Bingle is now in talks with Max Markson who represents the Chk-Chk Boom girl Clare Werbeloff and housetrasher Corey Worthington.

See a trend yet?

Then we had the fton page of the Herald Sun yesterday with:

Lara Bingle to sue Brendan Fevola over nude photo

Who is quoted in the article?????? You guessed it Max Markson.

But hang on a minute. Did Fevola publish the photo? nope. Woman's Day did so sue them.

And secondly Lara has gone topless before. Lara Bingle topless shots back on German internet site . That article was from 2008.

So seriously. We are going to have a court case over a single phone snap of her? Or is it as reported on the 19 Feb Lara wanting a bigger profile?

The photo has been around for ages. In fact as reported by Andrew Bolt the Herald Sun has had it for over 6 months. So why has it come out now? Also why is it that it came out only days after the cricket season had finished and not during?

My theory is that MM using his contacts has waited until the season was finished so not to distract Michael Clark and to do as intended, make Lara's profile bigger.

A smell a rat and he talks with a dodgy accent.

Bingle Effect Worse Than First Thought

You know i have a theory. Well it appears that the effects are worse than first thought.

Today I recieved an email which states:

After the Aussie Shield Final the Bushrangers and Bulls were having a beer.

Young Vic player was chatting with Andrew Symonds who’d had plenty to drink. He asked what Lara Bingle was like. Symonds said that he was bonking her when he was in the UK and introduced her to his roomy, Michael Clark so they could "double team."

The 3-some relationship went on for some weeks until Clark said "she's mine."

What happened in Darwin, when Symonds went AWOL was that he was again very pissed - and trash-talking Bingle to other team-mates. Clark apparently went nuts. They’d been very close friends but when Symonds was told he was out of line he said "fuck you" and went fishing.

Most Aussie players backed Clark cos he’d decided to marry Bingle and they’d already bought a $5.5 million house in Sydney. However, insiders know what a tart Bingle really is........remember the Fevola incident?!

Big friction over Lara contributed to crap team performance in Australia v’s South Africa. Clark as next Australian Captain = plenty of baggage.

Theory is that Symonds is pissed off and once his career is over he’ll spill the beans to the press for money.

Yeah Yeah each day we all get rumour emails like this. But add to it some background stories from news sources:

January 15, 2007

Bingles for puppies

Michael 'Pup' Clarke seems have run into red-hot form. Of course he made 57 in the CB series opener at Melbourne but here's what matters: according to news.com.au he's "emerged as the latest casualty in model Lara Bingle's pursuit of champion sportsmen". Clarke's girlfriend of nearly eight years Erina-Lea Connelly confirmed that "the man I thought I was going to marry'' had called off their relationship.

Now starts the fun. Connelly's comments were in stark contrast to what AFL star Brendon Fevloa's wife thought. Mrs Fevola said that her life had been "turned upside down'' by Bingle's behaviour. She said Bingle had continued to call her husband after news of their alleged affair broke. A snippet from last week adds further tension to this nail-biter: Bingle was among the guests at the Ashes-winning party on James Packer's luxury yacht on Sydney Harbour. She boarded with allrounder Andrew Symonds. Her car remained in a hotel car park, her coat and handbag inside it.

and then:

Sept 12, 2008

Bar brawl with Michael Clarke ended Andrew Symonds’ career

Australian Vice Captain Michael Clarke and all rounder Andrew Symonds allegedly had a blow-up in a hotel bar in the Caribbean when Clarke chipped Symonds one night when he found him drinking in the bar with former West Indies great Brian
Lara.

Clarke is said to have suggested that Symonds had better be in good shape to take the field the next day, a suggestion not taken in good humour, Fox News reported.

Symonds blew up and the pair had a very heated argument. They later patched things up, but relations have again become strained with Clarke leading the charge to have the belligerent all-rounder sent home from Darwin last month and placed on notice about his cricketing future.

The Australia team has been concerned about Symonds for some time, but things have grown worse of late and missing a team meeting for a fishing expedition was the last straw. When disciplined by his peers, Symonds showed no contrition.

“I have had some time to reflect on the events that took place in Darwin. I would like to say thanks for the many messages of support that I have received over the past day or so. I appreciate your best wishes. I''ve been asked to think about what is important to me and I will take this time to do that,” Symonds said a few days after his ejection.

Symonds went as far as to suggest that it would be nice if he was left alone. He was sent away to work through a “process” before being readmitted to the side but has shown little interest in it.

. . .

So the story goes on. So far Bingle has sabotaged the Australian Tourism Campaign, Clarke, Carlton, F1 and Symonds.

Bingle Effect Continues

The Effects Continue

Hamilton stripped, McLaren deny lying

April 3, 2009

McLaren boss Martin Whitmarsh has denied that Lewis Hamilton lied about an incident at the Australian Grand Prix after the Briton was stripped of his third place result.

The world champion was fourth in the Melbourne race when Toyota's Jarno Trulli passed him under safety car conditions on lap 57 last Sunday.

The incident earned the Italian a 25-second penalty, which saw him relegated to 12th, with Hamilton promoted onto the podium behind the Brawn 1-2 team of Jenson Button and Rubens Barrichello.

But after a hastily arranged hearing in Malaysia on Thursday, the sport's governing body ruled that the Briton and his team deliberately provided misleading information on the circumstances leading to Trulli's penalty.

Melbourne Formula 1 Grand Prix is DOOMED!

As you know I have a theory.

I am alarmed and shocked to find this on the news website:

Off-track Lara Bingle catches the eye

UNDER stiff competition, Lara Bingle stole the show track-side at the Formula One preliminaries yesterday.
Bingle was resplendent in a little white dress by Chanel and her favourite Louis Vuitton shoes, which were last seen at the Allan Border Medal in February.
As she arrived at Albert Park everyone looked, including Shane Warne.
"Sort it out Lara, seriously," he joked. Gallery: Bloody hell, it's Lara Bingle
Bingle, along with MTV presenter Ruby Rose and Warne, is a Vodafone ambassador at the Grand Prix.
She met drivers Lewis Hamilton and Heikki Kovalainen before the first round of qualifying.
"I don't know much about racing, but it was great to meet them," she said.
Hamilton and Kovalainen seemed fascinated with Rose's tattoo.
"He (Hamilton) said he wanted to get a tattoo and I said, 'You should get a little racing car'," she said.
The presenter, who is fast becoming a star on the Aussie entertainment fixture, left the MTV Music awards at 3.30am the day before.
Bingle missed meeting Sir Richard Branson, who made a typical grand entrance to the F1 scene, with his Virgin girls in tow.

You get that! She met Hamilton BEFORE qualifying. Where did Hamilton Qualify?

Where did Hamilton qualify? 15th out of 20. More evidence!

The Bingle Effect

Now this one has been a theory of mine for a little while now and recent events are starting to make it all come together... let us begin:

Case One - Australian Tourism.

The advertisements that are put on television screens around the world showing off our fine land to those cashed up travellers can be quirky "i'll throw another shrimp on the barbie" (who eats shrimp anyway? They're Prawns!);

or can be odd "You are not the woman i married" (then who is she? your wife's evil twin sister who poisened your wife, chopped her up into little bits just with the pretext to get a trip to Oz?)

But, there has been one notable failure "Where the blood hell are you?" - answer: sitting on my fat American Arse watching TV.

Case Two - CarltonFootball Club.

Who can forget Lara sinking her teeth into Carlton goal kicker Brendan "Fev" Fevola?

before Lara:

after Lara:

Case Three - Australian Cricket.

Lara and Australian vice captain Michael Clarke are now engaged:

All I can say is:

Is this the future of Australian Cricket?

And what next for Lara? Lleyton Hewitt's personal trainer? I cannot wait to see what she ruins next.
